You could be the designer for this year's festival t shirt and win $100. Simply, create a design based on this year's festival theme, "Celebrating Island Princesses," and submit the design to ncpaforganization@gmail.com no later than April 12.
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES
- Design must represent this year’s theme, “Celebrating Island Princesses”
- Winner will receive $100 and design will be placed on NCPAF’s 2024 T shirt
- All ages welcome
- No professional artist please
- Family members of NCPAF Organization are not eligible to participate
- Art must be submitted by April 12, 2024 to ncpaforganization@gmail.com
